Yes, in most cases it is possible to transfer your tickets to another person. To arrange the ticket transfer, please contact the customer service of the respective ticket platform. Please note that some events may have certain restrictions or requirements for ticket transfers. After you have contacted customer service, you will receive further instructions and customer service will discuss the further course of the ticket transfer with you. Please understand that you may have to wait for a response while the details for the transfer are finalized.
After you have completed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find your ticket and an order number. Please keep this e-mail and the order number in a safe place, as you will need to keep them until the day of the event. On the day of the event, you can either print out the ticket or show it on your mobile device, together with the order number, to gain access to the event. Please also note any further instructions or notices that may be included in the email.
Yes, there are age restrictions for our events. As a rule, children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed to attend evening concerts unaccompanied. Young people over 16 but under 18 may only stay unaccompanied until midnight. However, if children and young people are accompanied by a parent or guardian, these restrictions do not apply. Please note that these regulations may vary depending on the event. We therefore recommend that you check the exact age restrictions again before purchasing your ticket.
